Amy P. Lee 張佩玉

Executive Director, Immigration Attorney

Prior to founding Jubilee, Amy worked at Bay Area Legal Aid.  Amy specialized in the areas of public benefits, family and immigration law, with a focus on representing immigrant domestic violence survivors and providing holistic legal services. She has provided trainings to hundreds of attorneys, advocates and government workers regarding public benefits, family law and immigration.

Amy’s passion for advocating on behalf of marginalized immigrants and refugees over the last 20+ years is grounded in our shared humanity and in the belief that our individual well-being is intricately bound up with the flourishing of our neighbors and communities. 

As a Hong Kong native, Amy also lived in Panama before her family immigrated to the U.S. Amy received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and her law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law. She has been licensed to practice law in California since 1999.

Prior to founding Jubilee, Amy worked for 15 years at Bay Area Legal Aid. Amy specialized in the areas of public benefits, family and immigration law, with a focus on representing and providing holistic legal services to limited English proficient immigrant domestic violence survivors. She has trained hundreds of attorneys, advocates and government workers regarding public benefits, family and immigration law. 

Amy speaks Cantonese.
