Eight asylum wins so far this year

We won! In an immigration system plagued with enormous backlogs, our clients often have to wait years for a resolution to their cases. In the last year, we won all eight of our asylum trials in immigration court! This means that 15 of our clients and their family members can take refuge in the U.S. indefinitely. We also secured U.S. citizenship, green cards and work permits for dozens of other clients in the past year. We celebrate our clients’ courage and resilience as they seek to make this new land their home. We are grateful for your partnership and for the privilege of advocating for and standing in solidarity with vulnerable immigrants and refugees.
